Need a springtime boost?

The Everything Yoga Blog had a great post today about ways to shake things up when you're feeling... moldy. Spring cleaning, folks! Clear your space ~ shake it up!

The tips:
- mix it up
- change your location
- do less
- do what doesn't "feel" like yoga
- reevaluate

What doesn't "feel" like yoga to me ~ restorative yoga! Twenty or thirty minutes (or even five in one pose, if that's all I've got) in Legs up the Wall, Headstand, and Supta Baddha Konasana with bolster, blocks, and strap... it feels like a spa day!

Find what works best for you and keep your yoga practice ~ and your life ~ springtime fresh.
