Giving Thanks

Oh, my. Yes, I realize it's been a while since I last posted. Things have been busy around here - but good! Good things going on, in yoga, with writing, with spiritual travels - I've been having many insights and lots of new realizations as to my teaching life and the rest of my life. I had a student in Berkeley last week who was really receptive and amazingly honest about her practice with me, which made me really consider my impact and the effect of my teaching. It still just blows my mind sometimes how my teaching can really - really! - help heal people. I'm figuring out my schedule, my ideal schedule, that will allow me to teach the number of privates that I want to teach, plus teach the number of studio classes that I want to teach, plus be able to write and travel and have the life that I want to live. So much of it is in place already, but so much remains unanswered... I know that once I'm clear on the basic questions, all will fall into place.

Spent all day today in an amazing dream workshop with a beautiful group of women here in SF. We worked on some really deep levels, re-entering dreams and journeying with each other to find the healing that needed to take place. We created a really amazing sacred space, and a tremendous amount of traveling happened, a tremendous amount of openness and vulnerability - so much to be thankful for, to be able to take part in such sharing.

I'm figuring things out; pieces of the puzzle are falling into place. Life is having its way with me.
